Purpose and nature of the conference
This is a bi-annual non-governmental conference, based in China and open to the world. It provides a platform in academic exchange, research and discussion--to the government, educational institutions, primary and secondary schools and various tertiary institutions.

Here we can discuss China’s foreign affairs development and management, as well as nurture foreign affairs management personnel. When multi-directional management and teaching concepts of Chinese foreign affairs experts and foreign teachers meet and combine, we are able to discover and promote new developments in China’s foreign affairs management and foreign language education.

Goal of the conference
Within the environment of China’s constantly changing and developing situation international education systems, the goal of this conference is:

*to enhance mutual exchange between Chinese, foreign affairs personnel and foreign teachers in China.*to engage in joint discussions on the opportunities and challenges in today’s foreign affairs and recruitment of international teachers and experts.
